Shipping

Your purchase will be shipped by USPS COURIER to the address provided.

Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

Packages with the 1-day express shipping rate should arrive the next day after shipping.

Returns

Purchases made on proezas.co are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase. If this time has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error are not eligible for exchange. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for exchange.

Refunds:
We do not make any refunds.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items due to manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, falls, or force on welding points. If an exchange is applicable, it will be replaced with an item of equal value if it is no longer available.
