SHIPPING
How long do shipments take?
Shipments take 3 to 5 business days.
If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m., that day will be counted as a business day for the logistics process. After that time, we will process it on the next business day.
All dispatches are made from Monday to Friday.
Do we ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship our pieces anywhere in the world.

WARRANTY
What is the warranty for the accessories?
All pieces come with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to misuse, stone damage from a fall, or breaks in solder points.

PRODUCT DURABILITY
It is important to note that the only metal that never loses its color is GOLD, hence its high value. Any material other than gold will change its color over time or with frequent use.
Our designs are made of metal alloy with a 24k gold plating or 925 sterling silver plating, both require care. Therefore, we recommend following our product care guidelines, which can be found on this website.
EXCHANGES
Is it possible to make exchanges?
Yes. For us, your experience and satisfaction are the most important.
We make exchanges as long as the conditions described in our exchange and return policies available on this page are met.
The shipping cost for the exchange must be covered by the customer.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
How do we make our jewelry?
We do not mass produce: for designs made by Colombian artisans, we produce small initial batches of 10 to 15 pieces, and if necessary, we produce again in reduced quantities. This ensures that each piece has a reason to be.
